Digital switchover complete in North Wales

Another part of the UK has completed the digital switchover, with households across north east Wales now having access to digital TV or, to look at it another way, no access to analogue TV at all.

Eutelsat and ABS strike agreement for 75° East

Eutelsat Communications and Asia Broadcast Satellite (ABS) today announced the execution of a strategic agreement for commercial cooperation at the 75 degrees East orbital location. Within the framework of this agreement Eutelsat is colocating its Eurobird™ 4 satellite at 75 degrees East with the ABS-1 and ABS-1A satellites operated by ABS.
